Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration and controllership of a recently acquired SaaS fintech lending business
• Ensure compliance with ASC 310 and other relevant financial guidance
• Build a scalable finance platform to support continued growth

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven experience in accounting leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of technical accounting standards
• Experience with financial operations in a SaaS or fintech environment
• Ability to manage and align financial operations with corporate standards
• Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
