Key Responsibilities

• Own SLA outcomes end-to-end, ensuring stable and efficient performance
• Monitor and troubleshoot staffing gaps and occupancy balance impacting SLA performance
• Lead strategic initiatives and translate business priorities into workforce actions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or operations leadership
• Fluency in WFM fundamentals such as capacity planning and occupancy
• Experience in leading teams or large-scale initiatives
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
