Required Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
• 7 years of experience in presales, with a focus on managing presales teams
• Deep experience with the Japan market and selling to senior management
• Understanding of coaching, mentoring, and management of individual contributors
• Thorough understanding of the SaaS market and service management practices
