Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager - Segment Lead to develop and execute marketing strategies for BioPharma and Payor partner segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute audience-centric marketing strategies and campaigns for BioPharma & Payor partners
- Define audience segments and develop detailed partner personas based on data-driven insights
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing programs targeting potential and existing partners
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with 3-5 years in the healthcare industry preferred
- Proven success in B2B and product marketing of data products and services
- Experience with marketing technologies, including CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in developing and interpreting marketing metrics and KPIs
