Senior Mechanical Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mechanical Estimator.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze RFQ packages and collaborate with Sales and Customers for technical clarifications
• Lead quote kickoff meetings and engage with Engineering and Operations to assess manufacturability
• Prepare detailed cost summaries and facilitate pricing review meetings with senior stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in mechanical cost estimating or related manufacturing environments
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including CNC machining and welding
• Experience with cost modeling and margin analysis
