Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Medical Writing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the authoring process for clinical/regulatory documents and manages multi-disciplinary teams
• Interprets and presents scientific data while ensuring document clarity and strategic positioning for public disclosure
• Implements authoring best practices, mentors staff, and represents Medical Writing on departmental projects

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in life sciences or related field with 8+ years of medical writing experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years
• Experience leading NDA/MAA submissions or authoring key supportive documents is highly preferred
• Strong science background with the ability to interpret and present scientific and clinical trial data
• Broad understanding of medical writing processes and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
