Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives for biomarker and genomics data integration and analytics
• Design and maintain scalable data platforms for oncology research and clinical workflows
• Collaborate with data scientists and clinical experts to build robust data pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Genomics, Data Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with 2-3 years in pipeline development for genomics/biomarker data
• 5+ years in technical leadership roles managing cross-functional teams
• 5+ years of experience with Azure cloud platform
• Experience with large-scale healthcare or life sciences data platforms
