Key Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees in Workday
- Audit payroll processes for new hires, employee changes, and terminations
- Train and oversee payroll coordinators in payroll production for over 700 employees
Required Qualifications
- DEC in administration or relevant training
- 5-8 years of experience in Canadian payroll processing
- Experience with Workday ERP is required
- Canadian Payroll Association certification; PCP/SCP
- General understanding of accounting principles related to payroll
