A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to optimize payroll operations across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing for international employees with partial U.S. oversight
• Analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable recommendations
• Design, implement, and maintain payroll processes, internal controls, and reporting standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including 5+ years with U.S. and international payroll
• Workday Payroll certification or Certified Payroll Professional designation preferred
• Strong expertise in U.S. and international payroll tax compliance
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills
