Senior PeopleSoft HCM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Techo Functional Analyst specializing in PeopleSoft HCM Core HR and Pension Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementations of PeopleSoft Benefits Administration and develop comprehensive requirements documentation
• Collaborate with clients to enhance business processes and create functional and technical design documents
• Conduct testing, develop training materials, and oversee end-user testing for system configurations and customizations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM modules, including Benefits Administration
• Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 and its development tools
• Experience implementing applications for federal clients is a plus
• US Citizenship required
