Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Premium Auditor to conduct complex premium audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sophisticated premium audits for complex business structures and unusual operations
• Lead audits for high-value accounts and ensure compliance with multi-state regulations
• Mentor team members and support process improvements and strategic planning

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Workers Compensation premium audits
• Advanced knowledge of NCCI classification systems and state bureau requirements
• Experience with special bureaus: PA/DE, CA, NJ, NY
• Expertise in multi-state audits and complex regulatory knowledge
• Leadership or mentoring experience in audit or financial analysis environments
