A company is looking for a Senior Principal, Technology Services Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on core P&C insurance platforms and the insurance technology ecosystem
• Lead client discovery workshops and develop high-level solution approaches based on client needs
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology engagements, ensuring quality and alignment with client expectations

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in insurance technology with a focus on core platform implementation
• 10-15 years of hands-on experience with P&C insurance platforms such as Guidewire and Duck Creek
• Experience in system architecture, integration design, and insurance-specific workflows
• Familiarity with common APIs, middleware tools, and batch processing techniques in insurance IT ecosystems
• Deep understanding of property & casualty insurance lines and operations
