Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Engineer - (AI Engagement).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build modular, flexible architecture to support rapid experimentation and user journey testing
• Develop and optimize engagement-driven features and integrate lifecycle communication systems
• Leverage analytics to identify friction points and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally full stack
• Proficiency with React/Next.js, TypeScript, APIs, and system architecture
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and behavioral analytics
• Strong background in integrating third-party communication/marketing tools
