Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of key strategic initiatives and special projects, managing project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies
• Facilitate project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders across different functions to ensure alignment and remove execution roadblocks

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an operational or project management role, successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong understanding and practical experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Exceptional skills in identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks, along with stakeholder management
• Ability to connect project outcomes to strategic and financial goals
• Experience in upskilling and mentoring junior Project Managers
