Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Projects Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate various legal agreements including EPC and procurement agreements
• Provide legal support on compliance with Prevailing Wage and Prohibited Foreign Entities regulations
• Support project execution and financing teams with contract administration and dispute management

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in at least one state
• Experience in contract negotiation and legal compliance in the energy sector
• Proficiency in understanding regulations related to Prevailing Wage and Prohibited Foreign Entities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
