Senior Research Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Research Engineer - Enterprise Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new models and algorithms for Large Language Models and Deep Learning
• Design and implement multi-node serving architectures for distributed LLM inference
• Optimize inference serving systems using advanced quantization techniques

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Strong software engineering skills in C++ and Python with contributions to open-source projects
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Understanding of machine learning techniques and computer science fundamentals
• Experience with mentoring junior engineers and interns is a plus
