Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Security Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with teams to maintain compliance with NIST 800-171 and FAR clauses
• Oversee the annual security policy review and ensure proper documentation for compliance
• Shape the risk management program and perform risk assessments to identify gaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or similar
• 6+ years of experience in an information security role
• Experience with NIST 800-53, 800-171, FAR, or FedRAMP
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or similar)
• Experience with GRC software (Archer, OneTrust, Drata, etc.)
