Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user technical support across SaaS, PaaS, and computing devices
- Document issues, resolve problems, and manage escalations effectively
- Design workflows, build automation, and support strategic operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Two or more years of experience in IT support or SaaS/PaaS support
- Experience supporting both Mac and Windows environments
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile device issues
- Experience with at least one programming/scripting language
