ServiceNow Discovery Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Discovery Administrator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance patterns and data sources for multiple networks and instances
• Monitor discovery schedules and results, addressing stale CIs and troubleshooting errors
• Create and update discovery schedules and documentation to ensure optimal CMDB data population

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow ITOM Administrator
• Current certifications as a System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Discovery
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB
• Experience with IT infrastructure topology and scripting languages such as PowerShell and JavaScript
