Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, IT Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, and maintain the voice network and related telecommunications systems
• Provide technology support, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions for voice quality and call routing problems
• Collaborate with users and vendors to enhance voice networks and systems, while mentoring less experienced engineers

Required Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience in telephone systems/software and network engineering
• 3 or more years of experience in VoIP network engineering
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Technical expertise in Cisco products and VoIP technologies
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable
