Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software infrastructure for large-scale simulation of autonomous driving systems
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build and scale test solutions, addressing coverage gaps and mitigating project risks
• Mentor junior engineers and improve tools that automate the testing process, fostering a culture of test-driven development

Required Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering or Science field
• 8+ years of software engineering and data analysis experience in simulation, autonomous systems, or related fields
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or similar high-level programming languages
• Experience with distributed computing and cloud technologies
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and test-driven development
