Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their core team and help build a microschool management platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain features across web and mobile applications
• Design and maintain APIs, services, and data models
• Own projects end-to-end, from architecture through deployment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar backend frameworks
• Experience building and scaling consumer-grade web or mobile applications
• Familiarity with optimizing performance and debugging complex systems
• Interest in AI technologies and their application in product experiences
