A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead technical engagements throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution design during pre-sales, including security reviews
- Guide new customers through technical onboarding and implementation processes
- Support post-sales by assisting with platform configuration and user onboarding
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or a similar technical customer-facing role
- Solid understanding of software architectures, APIs, and enterprise software ecosystems
- Familiarity with data and analytics tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, or BigQuery
- Proven experience in pre-sales, onboarding, and post-sales technical enablement
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams
