Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Implementation Specialist to lead software implementation projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding expectations
• Engage with customers through meetings, training sessions, and post-implementation support to guarantee success
• Oversee platform configuration, API integrations, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in SaaS, software delivery, or supply chain/logistics technology implementation
• Proven success in technical implementations and project management
• Experience with API integrations and familiarity with systems like Postman, WMS, OMS, TMS, or multi-carrier shipping platforms
• Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Demonstrated technical expertise and ability to train others
