Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience, with a background in founding or scaling products
• Experience building products used by thousands of users
• Ability to estimate impact and engineering effort for prioritizing work
• Experience with Linear and Figma
• Familiarity with building using LLMs or other AI tools
