Senior UC Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer, Managed Services UC.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot client device and application issues via phone and remote access
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of various engineering solutions, including hardware/software support and special projects
• Provide emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule and manage service tickets assigned to the personal and team queue

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
• Overall 5 years of experience in UC Collaboration
• 3+ years working in a Network Operations Center
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting infrastructure devices applicable to engineering vertical
• CCNP Collaboration strongly preferred
