Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Underwriter (E&S Personal Lines).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate insurance applications to determine coverage acceptance based on underwriting guidelines
• Underwrite a high volume of accounts weekly, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and documentation standards
• Collaborate with producers and the underwriting team to finalize applications and provide timely insurance options

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of personal lines underwriting or related insurance experience required
• Experience underwriting E&S for home, umbrella, and specialty lines preferred
• Professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, or Property & Casualty Brokers License are a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn industry-specific software quickly
