Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Human Factors, Organizational Behavior, Design Research, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in applied research within workplace, design, or behavioral settings
- Proven ability to use multi-modal research methods (quantitative and qualitative)
- Experience working with vendors for observational or ethnographic research
- Proficiency with research tools like Qualtrics, Miro, Tableau, or Databricks
