A company is looking for a Remote SEO Lead who will guide a team and shape SEO strategies for digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, ensuring best practices and clear goals
• Assess current SEO strategies and develop a roadmap to increase organic traffic, lead generation, and conversions
• Oversee execution of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives while monitoring performance and generating actionable insights

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional SEO experience, including leadership/management of SEO teams
• Proven track record of delivering SEO growth in competitive industries
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site audits and optimization techniques
• Expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, including link-building and digital PR
• Bachelor's degree or higher
