Key Responsibilities

• Implementing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow IRM module
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions
• Conducting gap analyses and recommending platform enhancements for compliance needs

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of overall ServiceNow platform experience
• Strong implementation experience in at least one IRM sub-module
• Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration and integration with third-party tools
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer
• Familiarity with IRM/GRC frameworks and compliance standards
