A company is looking for a ServiceNow Service Delivery Lead to drive digital transformation initiatives within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a ServiceNow product management team for ITSM, ITOM, Finance & Accounting, and custom applications
- Manage roadmaps, features, and demand intake for assigned ServiceNow modules
- Oversee vendor management and coordinate delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise IT delivery experience, particularly in ServiceNow implementations
- Strong background in managing operations and delivery for ServiceNow products
- Proven leadership in ServiceNow solution strategy and vendor management
- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, Finance & Accounting, and custom ServiceNow applications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
