ServiceNow Quality Assurance Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Quality Assurance Engineer & Tester.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for ServiceNow functionality
• Collaborate with development teams to validate and test ServiceNow functionality
• Document all test cases, test scripts, and test results in ServiceNow

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical field
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Low Code Tester
• Minimum 2 years' experience with ServiceNow Testing
• Experience with the entire SDLC and Agile Scrum development methodologies
• Industry recognized certifications are helpful
