Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (.NET).

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex support tickets by troubleshooting .NET service behaviors and debugging customer issues
• Build and maintain internal support tooling to enhance the efficiency of the Support team
• Equip the Support team with engineering insights through mentoring and collaborative working sessions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with strong expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core)
• Experience in SaaS environments and understanding of multi-tenant systems and APIs
• Proficiency in debugging complex edge cases and customer-facing interactions
• Curiosity and proactivity in addressing recurring issues and designing improvements
• Familiarity with tools like Azure App Services, Azure SQL, and observability platforms is a plus
