Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Social Emotional Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop undergraduate courses in Social Emotional Intelligence focused on understanding emotions in self and others
• Work with academic dean and learning experience designer to advise on and create curricula
• Provide learners with opportunities to build skills in emotion identification, management, and reflection

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's minimum) in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Organizational Behavior, or related field
• Demonstrated expertise in emotional intelligence theory and applied practice
• Experience applying social and emotional learning strategies in various settings
• Familiarity with evidence-based approaches to emotion regulation and stress management
• Knowledge of best practices for learner engagement in online environments
