A company is looking for Social Insights Freelancers to support their Insights team on short-term projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client reporting programs, ensuring strategic monthly and quarterly reporting
- Deliver insights projects end-to-end, from research design to delivery
- Support client development by identifying upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in an insights role
- Experience with multi-market clients
- Strong technical skills in social listening tools like Talkwalker or Hootsuite
- Competent in Microsoft/Google Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Bonus: Experience in automotive, financial services, retail, or travel sectors
