Are you a creative, self-motivated digital marketer who lives and breathes content strategy and social media?

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing VA to help grow our brand across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest—and soon, YouTube and TikTok.

This is a collaborative, creative role where you’ll work closely with the founder to shape and execute our content strategy, design engaging graphics, and build strong, active communities online.

If you love building content calendars, creating beautiful Canva posts, spotting social media trends, and growing audiences in a thoughtful, brand-aligned way—we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Collaborating on content strategy and planning monthly content calendars
• Creating high-quality, on-brand graphics using Canva
• Sourcing engaging images and content ideas for posts
• Writing platform-specific, compelling captions
• Scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and eventually YouTube and TikTok
• Monitoring and increasing engagement (comments, shares, saves, DMs)
• Helping launch and grow a YouTube channel (strategy, research, scheduling)
• Supporting the potential launch of TikTok (trend research, editing, ideation)
• Occasionally assisting with light operational or admin tasks (e.g., email templates, simple website updates)

What We’re Looking For
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and engagement strategies
• Confident with Canva and have a strong eye for visual design
• Excellent written English and ability to write brand-aligned, engaging captions
• Self-starter with the ability to manage content calendars independently
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and curious or experienced with YouTube and TikTok
• Exceptional attention to detail and able to follow instructions
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in suggesting new ideas
• Comfortable using scheduling tools
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, MailerLite, WordPress, etc.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Bonus)
• Basic video editing skills (for Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts)
• Knowledge of SEO, analytics, or digital marketing funnels
• Background in blogging, content writing, or influencer outreach
• Experience with building and engaging online communities
