Social Media Manager for beverage launch – write, edit, & post to Instagram, Facebook & TikTok. – Contract to Hire

We’re about to launch a clean, hydration and energy drink and are in desperate need for someone who knows that they are doing. Someone who focuses almost entirely on building social media community and hype.

This role isn’t for someone who wants to “learn on the job”, we need someone who can help us punch above our weight from day one.

What You’ll Do:

Run end-to-end social: planning, writing, light editing posting, and scheduling

Launch and manage Instagram, TikTok, and FAcebook

Build community through consistent stories, DM interaction, and comment strategy

Work directly with founders and a shared dashboard ( Later, Loomly, whatever)

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Strong writing chops and visual instincts; you know how to hook attention fast

✅ Experience we would like to see

– Accounts where you’ve grown

– A content series or theme

– Comment/DM volume you’ve handled and community growth outcomes

– Example where your content drove signups

– Your average engagement rate across 30-day windows on IG/TikTok


– Weekly metrics reporting you’ve delivered (bonus: attach a sample deck or export)

KPIs You’ll Be Expected to Hit by Launch (August)

IG + TikTok Followers10,000+ combined

Avg Organic Reach/Post 5,000+

Engagement Rate 4–6%

Link Clicks to Waitlist/Shop 100–200/week

UGC/Influencer Posts Reused 2–4/week (sourced or posted by you)

Community Prompts/Week 2 minimum

Comment/DM Response Time less than 24h

We’ll Supply:
• Brand voice, visual asset templates, and founder-led creative
• UGC from influencers and creators to be reused and captioned
• Weekly paid media data for alignment
• Shared tools: google drive or preferred asset holder, content calendar
