Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager, Autonomous Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team focused on robotics, embedded software, and autonomy
• Contribute technically to the software stack for drones, including video processing and path planning
• Set direction for infrastructure and deployment pipeline for autonomous vehicles

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading small teams
• Strong proficiency in C++ and/or Rust for low-level systems
• Experience with near-real-time systems on embedded Linux
• Deep understanding of real-time systems and robotics middleware
• Familiarity with guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) algorithms
