Solution Train Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Train Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage work across multiple value streams within the Solution Train
• Ensure alignment between business goals, solution/product management, and delivery
• Drive continuous flow of value and remove impediments at the solution level using Lean-Agile and SAFe principles

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Experience working with co-located and offshore teams
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
• Minimum of five years in Program Management or Agile leadership roles at enterprise scale
• Experience in delivery functions at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies
