Key Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and manage a Solution Engineering team to meet performance goals
- Develop and improve sales methodologies, product presentations, and training programs
- Collaborate with sales directors on account planning and provide feedback to corporate functions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a sales engineering manager and 5+ years as a sales engineer
- Strong understanding of the Identity Security market and Federal Market Place
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience in managing team performance and driving high levels of productivity
- Familiarity with security and regulatory drivers in the industry
