• Experience in high-volume operations, ideally in marketplaces or logistics
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt, Looker/Tableau
• Experience building agentic systems or interfacing with AI workflows
• Builder mindset, thriving in speed, ambiguity, and autonomy
