• Recruit and train mortgage Loan Originators and Support Staff
• Analyze applicants' financial status and oversee branch expenditures

Required Qualifications

• NMLS License is required
• 3+ years of experience managing a mortgage origination team
• 5+ years of sales experience in a mortgage lender environment
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage originations and compliance guidelines
• Proven ability to build and mentor sales staff to achieve production goals
