A company is looking for a Staff Engineer & Technical Lead - Ontology.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the ontology by defining entities/relationships and balancing abstraction vs. specificity
• Design idempotent, incremental pipelines for identity unification and data persistence
• Establish gold sources and standards while partnering with Context Mining for productization

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building data-heavy systems with schema design and identity resolution
• Proven impact as a technical lead with multi-quarter leadership and dependable delivery
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in cloud data platforms and API design
• Data quality and observability mindset in production pipelines
• Experience with cloud data lakes and technologies such as BigQuery, Redis, and Pub/Sub
