Key Responsibilities

• Solve complex challenges in underwriting systems by implementing solutions across the lending stack
• Guide technical strategy for underwriting services and contribute to critical lending platform capabilities
• Mentor engineers and develop a robust underwriting platform with clear documentation and responsive support

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of backend engineering experience with proven organizational impact
• Expertise in Go, Ruby, or Kotlin with a willingness to learn other languages
• Experience architecting and scaling high-reliability financial systems
• Strong mentorship and cross-team collaboration skills
• (Optional) Domain experience in lending, credit underwriting, or consumer credit systems
