Job Summary
A company is looking for a Standardized Patient Trainer to support simulation activities for the Suicide Care, Prevention, and Research Initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute all stages of simulation development and manage simulation activities
- Train and supervise Standardized Patients, providing feedback and ensuring educational requirements are met
- Participate in quality assurance activities and collaborate in case development and scenario design
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in education, allied health, social services, or a related field required
- 3-5 years of relevant experience required
- Equivalent experience in SP training, management, teaching, or healthcare may be considered
- Knowledge of strategies for contemporary medical education and simulation
- Ability to work independently and supervise others
