Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Design Specialist to create and improve customer education through innovative learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers and content creators to ensure high-quality training solutions
• Design and deliver role-based learning programs using e-learning and multimedia, applying adult learning principles
• Manage and enhance the LMS for optimized content delivery and learner tracking

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or learning content development, with a bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in guiding or mentoring others
• Proficiency in tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in marketing or customer training with a customer-first mindset
• Innovative and progress-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
