A company is looking for a Strategic Sales FP&A Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive financial planning processes with the GTM Organization
- Partner with teams to develop headcount and capacity planning, and manage commissions planning and forecasting
- Provide financial analysis support for GTM initiatives and present insights to senior management
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a financial/analytical GTM SaaS role
- Deep understanding of financial modeling and B2B SaaS metrics
- Experience in headcount capacity, productivity, and ACV forecasting
- Knowledge of GTM strategies and market dynamics
- Experience with sales compensation and modeling commissions payouts
