Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager - Contract Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global strategic sourcing initiatives for cost optimization, supplier performance, and risk management
• Lead supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract management to ensure best-in-class procurement practices
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of sourcing experience, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of sourcing experience
• Strategic sourcing experience
• Strong supplier negotiation skills
• Project management experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Understanding of sourcing management principles and supplier relationship management
