A company is looking for a Student Experience Specialist focused on enhancing student success in IT education.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster student progress by developing resources and interventions to improve the student experience
- Conduct outreach strategies to aid students in their academic progress, increasing retention and graduation rates
- Manage incoming support requests, resolve complex student issues, and drive engagement through 1-1 coaching sessions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, communication, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Information Technology or a combination of teaching and IT industry experience
- Experience in a student-facing or customer-facing role
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
