- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat
- Identifying customer needs and assisting with the use of specific features
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in customer support or a related field
- Familiarity with programs and solutions related to the role
- Ability to work remotely
- Availability for Monday-Friday shifts, either 8AM-4:30PM or 8AM-5PM EST
- Verification of education/licenses with a recruiter or staffing manager is required
