Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist to assist customers with their inquiries and product issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat
  • Identifying customer needs and assisting with the use of specific features
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Experience in customer support or a related field
  • Familiarity with programs and solutions related to the role
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Availability for Monday-Friday shifts, either 8AM-4:30PM or 8AM-5PM EST
  • Verification of education/licenses with a recruiter or staffing manager is required
